Great North Experience - Junior

A mini polar expedition ideal for children, where they set off on snowshoes with a laden sled towards a hidden part of Megève. The goal is to make base camp for a day, complete with building a Teepee!

Come and imitate one of the great Polar explorers, who set off to conquer the vast expanses of snow and ice in the wilds of Siberia, Alaska and the Yukon.
Equipped with snowshoes on your feet and pulling your laden sled behind you, discover a hidden part of Megève where you will face the cold beauty of a snow-covered landscape and glimpse the winter wildlife.
Your mission is find a suitable spot for base camp for the day, and complete the tasks in order to ensure your survival. Live as the explorers did, far away from the civilised world, whilst you and your fellow adventurers build the teepee, search for logs for the wood burner, build a fire, and find or make something to eat.
