Aiguille du Tour by Balme

Location:
Perched between the Trient Shelf (Switzerland)and the glacier du Tour (France),  the Aiguille du Tour is a beautiful belvederes. Course of initiation frequented and pleasant.

Access via the Chamonix valley: gondola of Balme, 1h30 walk to reach the refuge Albert 1st, 4 hours for the summit, initiation mountain course without too much difficulties. Wake up early to start the ascent.  One and a half day course.
Possibility to add a half day for a ice school, leaving earlier the first day (with additional costs).

Goal: Discovering of the High Mountains environment.
Level: accessible to good experimented hikers.
